The service
Vinds, published by WAVYZZ, helps resellers follow new Vinted listings: filters, a live feed, alerts, purchases and order tracking. Vinds is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted.
A free beta
Vinds is in beta. During this period the service is free. Access is by invitation and may be limited in number. Features change often; some may change, pause or be withdrawn. Before any pricing, we will let you know in advance, and you can close your account at no cost.
Your account
- You are responsible for your credentials and the activity on your account.
- You only connect Vinted accounts you own or are authorised to use.
- You alone remain responsible for how your Vinted accounts are used and for following Vinted’s terms, as well as your legal and tax obligations as a seller or reseller.
Purchases
A purchase made from Vinds is a real purchase, made with your Vinted account and the payment method saved in it, under Vinted’s conditions. You choose the filters, accounts and limits that apply. Check your settings before turning buying on.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, try to get around its security, overload it, or use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend an account that does not follow these rules.
Availability and liability
During the beta, the service is provided “as is”, subject to the legal guarantees. We do our best for it to work well, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, that every listing is caught, or that every purchase succeeds, which also depends on Vinted. To the extent permitted by law, WAVYZZ is not liable for indirect losses or for Vinted’s decisions about your accounts.
Your data
How it is processed is described in the privacy policy. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Lille have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that protect consumers.
