Bundles on Vinted: how to pay less for shipping and fees
Buying three items separately means paying three shipping costs and the fixed fee three times. As a bundle, just once. Here is how bundles work, and how much they save.
Creating a bundle
From a listing or a seller’s profile, tap “Create bundle”, then add the items you want, up to 100. You can then buy straight away, message the seller, or make an offer on the whole bundle.
The parcel size is set automatically from the type and number of items; if it changes, the seller must accept it. Bulky items and items bought with a verification service must be bought separately.
Bundle discounts
Private sellers can offer automatic bundle discounts, in tiers: for example 5% from 2 items, 10% from 3, 20% from 5. They show on their profile and apply without negotiation.
Pro sellers cannot offer bundle discounts.
How much a bundle saves
Take three items at €8 from the same seller, with small-size shipping at €2.88 per parcel, and a 10% discount on bundles of 3. As a bundle, the parcel moves up to medium size, at €3.86.
| Cost | Three separate purchases | One bundle |
|---|---|---|
| Items | 3 × €8.00 = €24.00 | €24.00 − 10% = €21.60 |
| Vinted fee | 3 × €1.10 = €3.30 | €1.78 |
| Shipping | 3 × €2.88 = €8.64 | €3.86 |
| Total | €35.94 | €27.24 |
| Cost per item | €11.98 | €9.08 |
The bundle saves €8.70, or 24%. For a reseller, this is often what turns a purchase from “not worth it” into “worth it”.
Negotiating a bundle
- Look for wardrobes being cleared out: many items, same size, low prices. That is where bundles pay most.
- Make an offer on the whole bundle, reasoned and polite, rather than item by item.
- Work out your maximum price first for the lot, from your resale prices. Our guide to the maximum purchase price explains the method.
The shipping and bundle calculator does the comparison for you, with your own prices.
